Finally, she is here! Last year I found a kickstarter campaign for the Mooli Camera Bag. I cart my camera around daily and that includes the charger, the spare lens, my microphone and all the cables that come with it. My standard camera bag was bulky and rather unattractive. I know that if something serves a purpose I really shouldn’t be moaning about what it looks like but when you’re dragging the bag along every day – it becomes noticeable.
I was instantly in love with the Mooli bag. The kickstarter campaign highlighted the gorgeous features of the leather bag which replicates a typical handbag but inside it has the padding and partitions to take care of your camera and extra bits and pieces. You can also fit in a 13″ tablet or small laptop (possibly my only regret with buying a 15″ Macbook Pro!).
What you aren’t able to see are the cushioned partitions inside the bag.I used Aramex Global Shopper to bring the bag in and have documented that experience here. Now that the bag has finally arrived I wanted to share with you and let you know that every feature advertised in the Kickstarter Campaign came with the bag. It’s a divine brown leather with gold embellishments. I love the sturdy base that ensures it never falls over.
The bag was a bit smaller than I expected but still comfortably fitted all my equipment. I can also plonk in a purse and small bag of extras so there is no need for a second handbag.
