One of our favourite local weekend excursions is definitely The Lion Park in Johannesburg. What better way to spend a Saturday then appreciating the cute and cuddlies.
While online shots are nice we tend to find that we never get to actually printing our favourite snaps. I’m a bit of a “I want it right now” kind of girl so the new photographic centre at the park is ideal for me!
They’ve installed an Epson SureLab SL-D3000 dry lab photo printer. You’ll be able to enjoy a morning at the park with the various wildlife and can then visit the photographic centre and use the self help kiosks to download images from your various gadgers and then print them!
There are various print sizes, design tools and print options available. You can even order photo books and calendars – which make for great gifts.
While photo book prices aren’t available the following costs apply when you print your own pictures at the kiosks and we think they’re rather reasonable:
- 4×6” – R 4.50
- 6×8” – R 15.00
- 8×12” – R 40.00
- 12×16’ – R90.00
