I remember doing my learners licence and being so stressed. You needed to go to the local stationery shop or a grocery store with a decent magazines section to buy the K53 Help Guide. The guide is the book you need to study for your learners licence. The manual is meant to help you ensure you know all the necessary stuff for the written test you take when you apply for your learner’s permit.
Turns out you won’t need to buy the guide any more. AutoTrader has released the guide online for free.
The AutoTrader K53 manual can be downloaded but it offers a bit more than just an electronic manual. It’s separated into a learner’s manual, car driver’s manual and a motorcycle manual. You can also get access to the parking and driving tip videos AutoTrader has produced as well.
I really like that this manual is now free. I always thought it was a bit odd that you needed to pay more for the manual to study from then the cost of actually booking to write your learner’s permit. So this is a great way to allow those permits to be a bit more accessible to more people.
