This past weekend I was in Paris, France to host the Splatoon 2 European Championship. I’ve loved Splatoon 2 since it came out. You can read my first ever blog post on the game here. I still remember beating Bravado’s then CSGO team at a game of Splatoon 2 at the launch of the Nintendo Switch. What fun we had!
Anyway, I had a few special moments at the event. The first was taking a huge risk on stage and asking the crowd to sing happy birthday to one of the players. This could have gone horribly wrong if they had just all kept quiet and stared at me, but thank goodness they obliged!
Happy Birthday @Kaito2K_! Please enjoy this awkward Happy Birthday sing-song from the #SplatoonEC! ? pic.twitter.com/erf7m3gupJ

Working with the incredible talent crew was also a highlight. Such a great and welcoming group of gents:
I’ve done a full behind the scenes vlog of my adventures in Paris so be sure to give it a watch and let me know what you think!
