Last week I told you all about the Fitbit Alta and how much I loved it. It really is a fab device for a girl on the go. You don’t need to be a crazy fitness junky to appreciate the benefit it adds to your life. It is a special little device that really can help you move more while also not being too intrusive. I do love how easily it adapts to my needs – whether I’m having a lazy day on the couch like today or I’m trying to prep for a 10km run – that is happening in November by the way…. EEK.
But now I want you to love the Fitbit Alta as well.
