I’m pretty stoked that I have a Sony Xperia Z2 tablet right about now.
A bit of background: I’m a music nut. I worked at UJFM and YFM. I also held down a part time job at a local music agency through university which allowed me to work at Woodstock and shows all across the country (Roxy’s mainly, but still). I love local music. I love local bands. I love boys in local bands. (kidding…. not kidding).
Sadly, the restraining orders boys in local bands have against me my job means I don’t get a lot of free time any more to enjoy live music or check out this super rad movie that hits cinemas on 22 May (which happens to be my birthday. It’s like…. fate):
I’m itching to see Stone Cold Jane Austen and here’s why my Sony Xperia tablet has just become my absolute favourite – because from 22 May to the 22 June – Xperia device owners will be able to watch the movie on their gadget! That’s right, no need to worry about finding the time to get to the movies, I can just watch it on my tablet (which I might do, at my birthday dinner, because it’s my party…).
Xperia users can access the movie in the Xperia Loung App.
If you’re the poor fool who doesn’t own an Xperia device AND you have no worrisome restraining orders you need to keep in mind, never fear, The awesome Sony folks have given me a set of double tickets to the premier of Stone Cold Jane Austen to give away.
The premiere is this Thursday (14 May) evening in Johannesburg.
