How new South African app, Appetite, works.

We love Appetite, a new South African app, that allows you to easily order food for collection from your favourite fast food spots or take away restaurants. There is nothing worse than being stuck in traffic on the way home, exhausted, not wanting to cook and realising that you don’t have the local pizza restaurant’s number saved on your phone.

Who wants to sit at the take away waiting?

The app allows you to order via your smartphone and you’re then notified when you can collect (or if your food will be delivered). It’s available for iOS and Android.  Chris Davis, who started developing Appetite in October last year, says there are currently close on 100 restaurants on Appetite. Most are located in the Fordsburg, Fourways, Midrand and Centurion areas. The first phase of rollout will incorporate Gauteng before going nationwide. Need more information?
