What you would look like at your goal weight

With two weeks into the New Year how are your fitness resolutions panning out? It’s about this time when you’ll desperately crave a slab of chocolate to deal with that annoying coworker. Maybe after a long day you feel the urge to skip gym and rather go pour yourself a glass of wine. We get it.


We don’t want you to give up though. To keep that momentum going we’ve found this fantastic online tool that shows you what you would look like at your goal weight. You’re able to customise the model to look a bit more like you: selecting facial features, hair and eye colour and body shape (Apple, Pear or Hourglass). You fill in your height and current weight as well as your goal weight and the site renders a 3D version of a skinnier healthier you. You can view the new you from all angles. It’s great for inspiration but also stops at your goal weight, so as to not work as an enabler for eating disorders.
