The internet is rather psyched for the final season of Game of Thrones which drops 14 April 2019. A few months ago I shared that Urban Decay would be launching a Game of Thrones inspired make up line. At the time I guessed that we’d see a play on the Dance of Fire and Ice theme. I can now confirm I wasn’t wrong, but I also never imagined do so much more than Fire and Ice. The full collection has now been revealed and I’m already figuring out how I’m going to get ALL THE THINGS.
I’ve got all the Urban Decay items that will form part of the Game of Thrones collection for you in this post so you can see exactly what to expect and, here is the best part, the full collection is going to be available in South Africa on the Urban Decay online store on 15 April – the exact same time as it will be available everywhere else in the world!

Urban Decay | Game of Thrones Eyeshadow Palette
This gorgeous palette allows you to celebrate which ever of the strong women you identify with in Westeros. Each of the strongest houses features – from the jewel tones of the Targaryens to the ice cool shimmers of the white walkers – everyone is included in the palette. Also, how rad is the iron throne pop up? The palette will cost R1250.
Mother of Dragons Highlighter Palette
This is my next favourite – I’m a huge fan of shimmer and this gorgeous highlighter palette is going to bring out your inner Daenerys. It will cost R600.
Dracarys Lip and Cheek Stain
I still believe THIS is the best GOT scene of all time:

Vice Lipsticks
Urban Decay Vice Lipsticks are some of the best around and they’ve not been forgotten in the Game of Thrones collection. They’ve included four gorgeous shades that give a nod to the Targaryens, Lannisters, Starks and, of course, the white walkers. These will set you back R300 each and there is also some funky eye pencils as well.
Arya Stark’s Needle Brush
I’m a little bit obsessed with the make up brushes that form part of the collection, but this one is definitely my favourite. It is an eyeshadow brush that takes inspiration from Needle. Arya is one of my favourite characters in the series so I’m a little bit in love with this brush.
The entire range was shared with me via email last night and I went absolutely crazy. I love how Urban Decay has been able to incorporate my giant geek side with my girly side and launch a collection that I really think speaks to me. I love the colours, the combinations and the additional sparkle. Now I need to find an excuse for the big box of make up that is going to be delivered to my house after the 15th.
