Returns Policy
All items sold by the Tech Girl Store are final sale. In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), returns are only accepted where a product is proven to be defective. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances only exchanges. Approved faulty items will be replaced with the same product or an equivalent item, subject to availability. We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect expectations. As the Tech Girl Store currently sells mousepads and caps, which are not subject to sizing or fit issues, non-faulty items are not eligible for return. All claims for faulty goods must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include clear photographic or video proof of the defect.
