Before I get in to the good stuff I need to remind you that I’m partnered with Logitech G in South Africa. I’m sharing this news though because I think it will be really helpful to anyone with a Logitech product who is looking for support or assistance.
Logitech is now offering official support details for South African consumers and clients.
From 1 June 2021 the Logitech South Africa team will have an official support number to dial if you need support regarding any Logitech products (and that includes Logitech G products).
The local number is 011 084 7033
There is also a toll free number which you can use: 0800 981 124
If you’re not a fan of talking on the phone you’ll also be able to lodge a ticket now that will specifically be directed to the South African team. You can do that on this web page.
Finally, if you require urgent assistance around a Logitech G product you purchased in South Africa you’ll be able to reach out to a dedicated email that will reach the local Logitech G team directly.
