21 years of giving and now it is your turn

#SPONSORED

I’ve been supporting the MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet programme for a good few years now. Both in my personal capacity but also here on the blog (click here to read a bit more and find out what it is all about). As part of the programme turning 21 this month I decided to go celebrate 21 years with a beneficiary that is close to my heart. I spent the morning with the family at EARTH Centre – which is an equine therapy centre here in Johannesburg. And yes, we had cake! Take a look:

The programme turns 21 this month. To celebrate – MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet is handing out 2.1 Million Rand to 21 causes. You need to nominate a cause before the end of February. They don’t even have to be part of the programme yet. So basically any charity or cause you want to support can be nominated and stand a chance to win their share of the 2.1 Million.

Let’s summarise: 21 organisations will each get R100 000 each.

BUT, you also stand a chance to win. If you nominate a charity or cause you could be one of the 21 lucky people to win a R1000 Woolworths gift card.

If you want to nominate then all you need to do is click here.

I’d also really like to encourage you to support the EARTH Centre, whether through donating time or monetary support. You can find out more about what they do by clicking here.

Two more thanks – my visit to EARTH Centre was supported by Watch Me Whip who made the delicious sugar free cupcakes. You can find out more about what they do by clicking here. The incredible video documenting the visit was made by the talented Rust 2 Roses crew. You can find out more about what they do by clicking here.

Which beneficiaries do you support with your MySchool card? I’d love to know, so share them with me in the comments below.

I'd love to chat to you some more.

I usually send out a weekly mailer with a recap of blog posts but also some personal anecdotes. If you want to know about competitions or just catch up in a more personal setting then you might like to receive the mailer.
