I’m a superhero fanatic. There is no doubt that the moment the spandex comes out I’m locked in on that screen. The release of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice fed every bit of my obsessive need for a superhero fix. Now, I know the critics have been a bit harsh but to them I say, enjoy this picture of Ben Affleck with superhero puppies:
I really enjoyed the appearance of Wonder Woman and how she was portrayed in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. I had some real concerns about Gal Gadot being so petite but I thought some clever special effects and her smirk when she takes a punch really put my concerns at ease. Wonder Woman is kick ass and I loved how Gadot portrayed her. I’m now beyond excited for the stand alone movie that we can expect in 2017.
Focus back on Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice though. If you haven’t seen the film yet you can check out the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer here and that should convince you. Alternatively, for more convincing – here are the 2 best pieces of tech in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (granted they’re both Batman related. Go team Batfleck!):
1. The Mech Bat Suit
The title of the movie gives this one away. Batman does face up against Superman. To do so this mere mortal needs to be kitted out to go to battle. the Mech Bat Suit is a rather impressive piece of tech. While Batfleck attempts to bulk up and train (mini spoiler: delicious shirtless scenes find their way into the montage) its his mech bat suit that really saves the day. The suit is enhanced with Kryptonite infused into the metal… and that is all I can really say about this one BUT watching the process of Bruce Wayne making the suit is enough to wet the appetite of any techie. You’re going to love it!
2. The Bat Mobile
The movie doesn’t allow me as many close ups as I would have liked but there is a rather rad road chase incorporating the Bat Mobile that had me excited. It keeps the military type feel from the Dark Knight but with a lighter flying type feel. It’s a mean beast that doesn’t disappoint. I don’t think a movie featuring Batman is a real movie without a Bat Mobile appearance.
