It is like a normal swipe, but with a cape. Apparently swiping left and right is SO 2015, according to the Tinder blog you can now (almost) swipe UP! By swiping up or tapping the blue star icon you can now super like a person. You know what I’m talking about… He is hot, and holding a puppy AND a baby. His profile also says “I believe in marriage, diamonds AND cooking for my wife.”
But first, look at the awesome Tinder Super Like Trailer with supermodels Erin Heatherton and Nina Agdal, it’s pretty rad!
According to the Tinder blog “The person you Super Liked will take notice – when your profile appears and they’re deciding whether to swipe right, it will show up with a bright blue footer and star icon, highlighting that you Super Liked them. And when they do swipe right on your Super Like, it’ll be an immediate match!”
So if the person doesn’t swipe right, or super like you back, that could be awkward if you set your perimeter to to 5 Km and walk into puppy holding person, but let’s not think about that right now.
You only have one super like per day, so it’s kind of like a “only use it when he/she is really hot/smart/whatever-you-are-into kind of thing”. I’m gonna make myself a Tinder checklist!
Super Like on Tinder is now available in Australia and will roll out globally later this year.
