You don’t need a Nokia smartphone to use Treasure Tag

How often do you lose your keys? Our editor has a nasty habit of leaving them on restaurant tables and having to make an embarrassing walk of shame a few hours later in the hope of retrieving them to get home.

Nokia’s Treasure Tag puts this to an end. It’s rad key ring type device that pairs with your smartphone and lets you know when you’re separated from your keys (or other valuables for that matter).

Here’s how it works:

You’ll need to download an app to pair items and when they go missing you’ll be able to find them on a map powered by HERE (which we’ve used before and is pretty good). You also don’t need a Nokia phone. There is a third party application for Treasure Tag to support both Android and iOS devices.
