What we think you should know:
A keyboard’s a keyboard right? Wrong. Believe it or not they all bring something different to the game. Logitech’s K400 Wireless Touch Keyboard is different in that it is suited to keep you company on the couch. It’s ideal if you plug your laptop or PC into your TV to watch series or movies. So you never need to get off the couch when you’re in the middle of an Orange in the New Black marathon.
What I really liked about the K400 was that it supplied me with the usual Logitech Unifying receiver for my laptop but also a bigger USB connection that could be plugged into the back of a desktop PC. The Unifying Receiver also works with all Logitech products so your mouse and speakers would work off the same small receiver – practical and it keeps the number of bits and pieces you need to plug in right down.
Logitech’s K400 Wireless Touch Keyboard can also be stored upright so it looks neat and tidy in your lounge. My gripe though? I didn’t like the touchpad. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – I don’t like touchpads. They’re always too sensitive and send my cursor on a mission I didn’t request. This is a personal gripe though, so all in all, the K400 delivers. It’s small, compact and ideal for winter’s night when leaving the couch is not an option.
So rad:
- Unifying receiver
- Upright storage
- Wireless
So sad:
- The touch pad
