Looking for amazing personalised stationery and gifts? We found it…

It’s not often I’m so overwhelmed with good choices that I don’t know what to buy. But this is exactly what happened when I was tasked with spending R500 worth of prints or personalised stationery on Printstagram, a site where you can get pics framed or put on canvas, and stationery and items customised.

It’s a site where you don’t have to do much, other than choose, customise and upload pics. Printstagram does the rest, and will deliver too.

This is what I was faced with on the home page, all of which I need, I mean want. I mean need. I think the only thing that I didn’t consider was anything in the aluminium frame section as nothing in my home or home office is aluminium. Shew.

And if you look under the full list of products, you’ll also find poster prints, calendars, photobooks, memory boxes, personalised signs, and split panel canvas prints.

After much inner debate (“Do I really need another cellphone cover?” “What pictures would I put on gift cards?” “Is there space on my walls for another canvas?”), I opted for a sticker book and a 2015 calendar.

I chose a book of 150 stickers, and I didn’t realise that you could choose 150 different images. I chose around 20 images and quotes I loved, and had them repeated to fill up the book. The stickers are smaller than I thought, but I adore them, and I will stick them anywhere.

The calendar is a keepsake, and in A3 size, and with 12 of my favourite images and a cover pic, I’m rather looking forward to 2015 to start using the thing! It has a ring binder, and can be hung on walls.

The thing that worried me when I ordered was whether my cellphone pics would translate well to print, especially on the calendar in such a big size. However, I was completely surprised and wowed with the results – the printing pretty much turned me into a better photographer.

Would I recommend Printstagram? Yes. Would I order and pay for my own products? Yes. Would I use Printstagram to order gifts for friends and family? Absolutely (and I’m pretty sure my friends and family will love the gifts).

One word of advice though – order early. This is not an overnight service, and I think on the other side of the site are printers who aren’t churning products out, but rather making sure that everything is just right.

Don’t forget!

It’s your last week to get 50% off your Printstagram order when you use the promo code TECHGIRL
