SunStream PLUS™ Smartphone charger

Win a SunStream PLUS™ Smartphone charger

Before I headed to Bali I made sure to add my SunStream PLUS™ kit to my luggage. It is a solar powered mobile charger which is rather rad. You don’t need to charge it before you use it. In fact it is able to convert sunlight to electricity almost instantaneously. So you’d be able to charge your phone on the beach, in the car, basically anywhere where you can get sunlight to charge yourSunStream PLUS™ kit

gadgets to take on holiday

It can fully charge an iPhone in around 2 hours. There are no chips, it is waterproof and has a shatterproof glass face. You can also charge the included secondary mobile charger that comes with it so you’re not always carrying the panel around. The smaller charger slips easily into your handbag. Fancy right?

I’m giving 5 SunStream PLUS™ kits away

  4. I need this charger because I am on the go and I have an array of devices from Smartwatch to ftiness watch to Smartphone that require charging. #CleanEnergy

  5. Would really love to win this little gadget – always running out of battery when I’m out and about and this would be a life saver 🙂

  6. With the amount of sunshine we get in South Africa it would be smart to use something like the SunStream Plus to keep my cellphone and other small chargeable devices charged instead of having to hunt down an electrical socket when batteries are running low.

  7. Living in a sunshine city , this will be convenient and fantastic to use and appreciated by me. With a busy schedule daily I definitely need this in my life. No more stress about battery life.

  8. I’m heading to Thailand next month and would definitely need it for the long plane trip there and the 1h30min ferry ride to Koh Tao island…

  9. Being on the road and outdoors, I really need a solar powered charger as electricity is not available everywhere

  11. As a shift working mom of a toddler and teen, I have a very hectic schedule and my phone needs to keep up at all times

  12. This is a brilliant product for South Africa as it uses the power of the sun, which we have lots of, to power devices without the need for electricity and plug points….which is why I want one!!!

  13. I walk a lot, especially to and from work and along the way my phone always dies, thanks to the kids unplugging my phone to charger these, without me knowing

  14. I often have to travel alone at night and it is essential that my phone is always charged. This would help. And of course brownie points for using the African sun!

  15. So that I will be able to charge my phone basically anywhere where I can get sunlight to charge.

  16. I do social media for a living and am an avid Instagrammer and also use my phone to play music. I could really, really use one of these.

  17. New hubby and I have finally saved up enough for our honeymoon to Cuba! Woohoo! Heading out next month, this will definitely help on the beach and whilst siteseeing and will hugely alleviate the stress of finding converters and plug points in the 1950’s country!

  18. I’m going to Thailand the end of this month and it’s my very first trip overseas I could really use this to make sure my phone is always charged so I can capture every moment of my new adventure

  19. My hubby and I would really need this for our New York trip coming up in April . We’re going to be on our feet exploring all day and probably taking so many pics with our phones so a backup like this whilst on the go will be GREAT!

  20. I am addicted to settlers of catan on my phone and run my battery flat at the wrong times because I try to squeeze in one more game. So this would help feed my addiction 🙂

  21. Data (Internet) and power is what keeps moving this world and most importantly gadgets which we keep in our pockets and bag packs. South Africa is a big country and lovely to travel, go on hikes and not all the time you get both data or power (electricity) so to keep your devices charged and keep you happy, these solar chargers is what you need atleast during day time travels and activities. Cheers!

  22. Next month me and my partner shall be doing 5 weeks backpacking through New Zealand, this nifty little device would be super handy while hiking around Milford Sound or Abel Tasman National Park where there is very little civilisation

  23. Packing my Holiday Survival pack for that nice holiday in the wild, inaccessible, remote area – A box of matches, a candle and a small, soft blanket. Tissues, sun lotion, painkillers, cotton wool, sanitiser, disinfectants and perhaps a solar light. A tooth brush and tooth paste – now fresh breath is guaranteed as well!
A cooler bag – yes, it’s true, I just need to drink enough water, so I’ll get some of my favorite bottles of spring water for sure. Not to forget some energy drinks as well!
And I think with all these I am set and I’ll definitely need nothing else! The holiday destination will provide its own fun, pleasure, exhilaration, joy and entertainment!
So, let’s go… OEPS!, almost forgot to pack my all precious, important, and mattering most, indispensable ESSENTIAL… my smartphone! But how can I charge it?
This holiday will just not be a holiday without the SUNSTREAM PLUS™ SMARTPHONE CHARGER…

  24. I don’t need it as much as I think my sister does! She is always on the move and needs this in her life to make it easier for her to always be in touch!

  25. I am off on an trip to Abu Dhabi and Bahrain and this charger will come in very handy during my trip!

  26. The battery on my phone just doesn’t seem to make it through the day (I am a social media junkie), so this would be absolutely perfect for me.. I will always be contactable 🙂

  27. There are often times I forget to charge my phone.. (yes this happens with age), so if I carried this around in my handbag.. I could just charge it anywhere.. how awesome.

  28. I remember this other time I was going to Eastern Cape from Johannesburg with a bus, my battery died when I was still four hours away. I was very stressed, I had to borrow a phone from a person sitting next to me to call someone who was gonna take me home. Sunstream is a need if you travel a lot.

  29. Dude. I can’t honestly say that I deserve one of these babies any more than the next person does, but MAN, it would make my life so much easier! No more driving into dodgy places because my phone dies while I’m Waze-ing my way to a kid’s birthday party, with my little guys in the car… No more arriving at the office after the normal morning chaos only to realise my phone’s on 2% battery and I’ve forgotten my charging cable AGAIN! No more dropped calls – there’s nothing more frustrating than not being able to talk to people because your phone is charging and you can’t get signal inside your house!

  30. I am a traveler and explorer, so this is like a gift from the Gods to people like me. Pretty please may I win one 🙂
